Fowler has provided long-term, rehabilitative and respite care for over 50 years. Individualized rehabilitative care is provided to all residents whether they are admitted for short-term or long-term care. All residents are encouraged and assisted in achieving their full potential to be as active as possible. We also provide respite care based on the availability of accommodations.

Fowler Nursing Center is located on the peaceful East River in Connecticut, which separates Madison from Guilford. For many visitors and residents, it looks and feels familiar, much like any other fine shoreline home or pleasant New England inn. Many of the residents previously resided with their families in Guilford or neighboring shoreline towns. As a result, they share common values, interests and memories with our professional staff and employees.
