High View Health Care Center is a long-established nursing home situated on six acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in the Middletown countryside. In addition to providing 24-hour skilled nursing care with a Gerontologist as medical director, we also offer a broad range of professional services to meet the individual needs of all residents.

The rehabilitation department includes physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our goal is to have individuals reach their maximum level of independence, while improving function and mobility of daily life. Many of our residents are able to return home after participating in our short-term rehabilitation program.

A diverse group of adult volunteers, school students, and community groups all enhance our recreation program. High View provides residents with an enriching range of activities including summer picnics on the patio, games, outings, crafts, singalongs, and a unique pet therapy program. Individual, group and one to one activities are offered daily.
