Our Staff and Services
Our skilled and caring staff includes physicians, nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, a social worker and a dietary manager. Other specialty services such as podiatry, dentistry, audiology and psychiatry are also available. Liberty also has a 26 Bed Secure Dementia Unit.

Liberty Specialty Care Center is the ideal setting for people who need special care, attention and rehabilitation following a degenerative disease, illness, stroke, injury or surgery (including knee and hip replacements). Our skilled staff attends to the individual needs of each resident.
