Our on-site culinary staff prepares fresh, home cooked meals while also catering to individual requests and preferences. Comforting snacks including delicious baked goods and an assortment of beverages are available at all times. Our residents also enjoy hosting summer barbecues and holiday celebrations.
Rehabilitation Our rehabilitation program includes an experienced team of physical, occupational and speech therapists. We provide skilled therapy following hospitalization for orthopedic surgery and joint replacement, cardiac surgery, stroke and other illness or injury. Rehabilitation is also provided to long term care residents so that they may enjoy life to its fullest potential.

Route 8 North: Exit Howe Avenue in Shelton (Exit 14). Turn left off the ramp. Turn left onto Howe Avenue. Travel .6 miles and turn left onto Route 108 (White Street). Turn right onto Perry Avenue and travel 1.4 miles. Turn left onto Lake Road.
Route 8 South: Exit Howe Avenue in Shelton (Exit 14). Turn right off the ramp onto Howe Avenue. Travel .6 miles and turn left on Route 108 (White Street). Turn right onto Perry Avenue and travel 1.4 miles. Turn left onto Lake Road.
