Watch Hill Care and Rehab, a small skilled long-term care facility, is nestled on five acres within one of New England's most picturesque towns. Our quality health care is delivered by a compassionate nursing staff. The emphasis is placed on maintaining our resident's dignity and maximizing their independence. The facility is well staffed with caring professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents. Our professional services include: 24 hour nursing, consulting medical staff, physical, occupational and speech therapies, therapeutic diets, short-term rehabilitation and temporary stays.

Our social and recreational activities are scheduled throughout the week including evening and weekend programs. In addition, Watch Hill has community affiliations which allow for our residents to participate in other senior programs. Religious and cultural events are planned regularly as are daily exercise classes, library services, arm chair travel clubs, professional and volunteer entertainment and theme meals. We also provide special amenities such as a barber and beauty salon, newspaper delivery, linen and personal laundry services.
