Building a Bridge to Recovery Westfield Care and Rehab Center is an ideal setting for people who need special care, attention and rehabilitation following an illness, stroke, injury or surgery, including knee or hip replacements. Our programs are designed to help people return to independent living.

A Continuum of Care Most rehabilitation services at Westfield are covered by Medicare and many other insurance plans. Often, our assistance to patients continues even after discharge. Patients can come back for outpatient therapy or we can help to arrange for in-home rehabilitation and medical services, such as cardiac monitoring and radiology.
Westfield's Rehab Program is designed to accommodate the individual needs and personal goals of each patient. We strive to help residents of all ages to reach their maximum levels of mobility and functioning.
